Our Premium vintage inspired baseball tees represent the logos and rich history of the Negro, Latin and Federal baseball leagues, plus historic barnstorming baseball teams.

Organized in 1905 by Brooklyn Royal Cafe owner, John Conners, the Royal Giants became one of the most well-rounded ball clubs in the East. They would claim eastern championships in 1909, 1910, 1914, and 1916. Conners would eventually sell the franchise to booking agent and crafty promoter Nat Strong, who already had an established presence in black baseball.  In 1923, the club became a charter member of the newly formed Eastern Colored League. During the inaugural season, Boston finished third just breaking even. The club never gained competitive traction, slowly drifting to the bottom before leaving the league in 1927.  They continued as an independent organization until entering the Negro National League in 1933. Following the death of Strong, the organization’s administration and talent fell into a tailspin throughout the late 1930s. No longer able to field a team with major league talent, the Royal Giants were forced to compete mostly in semi-pro circuits.
