Shipping Your Order
Provided we have no problems processing payment, all product orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST should ship the same day.
•Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.
•Product orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped the next business day.
•The Shipping Rate is applied to your order based on the number of addresses to which you are shipping products. If your entire order is shipped to one address, you'll be charged for shipping once. If your order is shipped to more than one address, you'll be charged a shipping charge for each address.
•You will not be charged for any product until it has shipped.
Shipping Options & Rates
Common Union charges flat shipping rates correspond to our product delivery method, and are per ship-to address. Rates are listed below. Should you choose to ship your order to more than one address, you will be charged accordingly.
At checkout you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to completion of your order.
If you choose to expedite your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00pm (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Gift Card orders that clear credit authorization after 7:00pm EST will process the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
•USPS First Class, 3-7 business days (available for PO Box/FPO/APO orders only)
•Standard Ground, 4-7 business days
•Second Day, 2-3 business days
•Overnight, normally 1-2 business days

You can expect orders placed with this shipping option to arrive within 4-7 full business days once they ship from our warehouse. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
•FedEx Second Day, 2-3 business days
You can expect orders placed with this shipping option to arrive within 2 full business days once they ship from our warehouse. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
•FedEx Overnight, 1-2 business days
You can expect orders placed with this shipping option to arrive within 1-2 full business days once they ship from our warehouse. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Hawaii and Alaska
•USPS First Class Mail
This service is available only for orders and orders shipped to PO Box/FPO/APO addresses. The following items cannot be shipped via US Postal Service at this time: items over 70lbs., freight-only items and flammable items.
Shipping to Military APO/FPO Addresses and PO Boxes
USPS First Class mail is available for orders placed going to an APO/FPO address or PO Box. We currently do not offer an expedited option for shipping to these addresses

Other Forms of Payment
For your security, your billing name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
E-mails About Your Order
After you place your order, you'll receive e-mails about your order. You will receive separate emails for product and Gift Card orders. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:
•Order Confirmation. This e-mail tells you that we have received and are processing your order. Keep this e-mail for your records; it contains your order number.
•Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails if parts of your order ship at different times.
•Pre Buy Sales Notice. This e-mail tells you about products from your order that aren't available for immediate shipment, and provides you with an order number to keep for your records. When the products are ready to ship, you'll receive a shipment confirmation.
•Important notice about your order. There are a few reasons that you might receive an e-mail of this type:
◦We're having problems processing your order
◦We can't ship your order to the address you gave us
◦You have a duplicate order in our system
◦Your order is canceled, for various reasons
◦If you receive a notice, please call Customer Service immediately at 1-469-396-8495 or e-mail email@example.com to resolve the problem.
Canceling Your Order
Changing or Canceling Your Order
We're sorry, but we can't cancel your order, even if it hasn't shipped yet. After you've clicked "Send My Order", your order begins to process. Once you receive your product, you may return any products you don't want by following our Return Policy.
Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties
Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system due to processing reasons, including:
•Products are unavailable
•We have problems processing your payment information
•We can't ship to the address you gave us
•There is a duplicate order
If your order is cancelled by us, you'll receive an e-mail labeled "Important Notice About Your Order". At that time you can contact Customer Service at 1-469-396-8495 to resolve the problem and/or place a new order. You won't be billed for cancelled products.
