Our vintage inspired classic custom crafted trucker style meshback snapbacks represent the logos and rich history of the great negro and latin baseball leagues, barnstorming baseball teams, federal leagues and Japanese baseball.
The Atlanta Black Crackers were the utility club of their day. This salty group bounced around through various lower-level and independent leagues filling in where necessary. They eventually made their mark in the Negro League in 1938 by winning the second-half championship. Playing out of historic Ponce de Leon Park, they fielded such greats as Nat Peeples, Roy Welmaker, and Jame “Red” Moore. Their time in Atlanta was short lived, however, and plagued by financial and operational difficulties. In 1939, the franchise left Atlanta for Indianapolis and became the ABCs.
